Availability in your replies
Stop saying "we'll be in touch." Your reply can already tell them when you're free.
Two tokens handle this — each for a different situation:
{{CalendlyLink}}
A self-booking link. The lead clicks and picks a time from your live schedule. For consultation calls and high-value lead triage.
{{AvailabilitySummary}}
Upcoming availability from your booking entities — the actual slots your business has configured as bookable. For hire, lets, and date-based services.
The key distinction for {{AvailabilitySummary}}:
it doesn't just read a calendar — it queries the entities you set up, natively, inside Sprevi.
Each entity (a boat, a room, a service slot) has its own availability configuration: hire periods, turnaround time, blocked dates.
The token surfaces upcoming openings that reflect all of that — not just "calendar is clear."
Both tokens are optional, and neither requires you to give anything up. If you already run a booking system, a shared calendar, or Calendly, {{CalendlyLink}} just points at it — nothing changes. {{AvailabilitySummary}} is for businesses who'd rather track bookings from first contact to confirmed inside the same inbox they already triage from, instead of maintaining a second system.

Entity-based availability
You configure the things your business makes available for hire or booking — a boat, a room, a time slot, a staff member — right inside Sprevi, alongside your inbox and templates.
Each entity carries its own rules: available days, minimum notice, turnaround gaps, blocked periods.
{{AvailabilitySummary}} queries those rules and returns upcoming openings that are genuinely bookable — not just "nothing in the diary."
Your inbox knows who's current and who's past
Every enquiry you turn into a tracked booking gets a real status — not just "replied to." That's what lets Sprevi treat someone who's mid-booking differently from someone whose job finished a month ago, without you sorting anyone by hand.
The most useful thing that status unlocks, whatever you hire out — a boat, a room, a property, a van, an engineer's time — is the moment right after a booking ends. Nobody has to remember to chase it:
Hope everything went well — we'd love to hear how it went. Got two minutes for some quick feedback?
{{EnquiryStatusLink}}
The same status also drives who ends up in a re-engagement or feedback campaign — filter by "currently booked" or "booked before, nothing live now" right in the campaign builder, and anyone who's unsubscribed is still excluded automatically.
